Zealous, Enthusiastic, and Compassionate

Mariusz “Mario” Sniarowski had devoted his professional life to embodying excellence in every aspect of his practice. It is what has made him a leader in New York’s legal world and in the local Polish community and what has propelled him to the forefront of worthy and challenging causes from his days on the Dean’s List in college for four years to today’s positions on multiple charitable organization boards and memberships in legal organizations.

Mario is a respected personal injury trial lawyer, protecting the rights and interests of New Yorkers who have suffered life-altering injuries due to the negligence of other individuals and entities and their surviving family members. His practice concentrates in all aspects of plaintiffs’ personal injury law, including construction accidents, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents. He has extensive experience handling case matters from inception to final resolution–whether managing depositions, motion practice, negotiations or court appearances, he guides the firm’s clients through these processes seamlessly with compassion, intention and skill.

It should be no surprise that he holds an array of distinguished awards after securing a host of multi-million dollar results and settlements on behalf of our firm’s clients, including New York Super Lawyers and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
