Carissa Peebles has a long history as a litigator and a strong background serving as a passionate advocate for injury victims. She began perfecting her litigation skills while still in law school as a competitor for the Moot Court Society. In her second year of law school, she was hired as a law clerk at a prominent personal injury law firm representing injured victims.
Over the years, Ms. Peebles has assisted in obtaining millions of dollars for her clients in settlements and verdicts in various cases. In addition to handling her own caseload, Ms. Peebles assists Mr. Perecman at some of the firm’s catastrophic injury trials, and assisted Mr. Perecman in obtaining the second highest verdict in firm history. She is dedicated to providing compassionate and zealous representation to recover just compensation for losses and damages her clients have endured.
Ms. Peebles is licensed and admitted to practice law in both the state of Florida and the state of New York. She joined The Perecman Firm, P.L.L.C. in 2014 to further her efforts to use her legal knowledge and skills to stand up for the rights of those who have suffered losses due to accidental injury and workplace illnesses.

Ms. Peebles earned her bachelors of science in business administration from the University of Kansas, and earned her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated magna cum laude. Her remarkable academic achievements in law school gave her the privilege to serve as an editor of the Nova Law Review, as well as a competitor on the Moot Court Society. She has focused her career on all types of personal injury cases and built a reputation as a strong advocate for the injured.
