Attorney David Perecman Lectures Other Lawyers on the Labor Law

Attorney David PerecmanThe Perecman Firm, P.L.L.C.’s David Perecman took to the podium last Wednesday to chair a lecture on labor law for the New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA). The first of the two-part seminar discussed a number of topics including tips and secrets to help win a labor law case.

The seminar came on the heels of some decisions that came down from the Appellate Divisions and the Court of Appeals in labor law. Attorney Perecman helped explain the best ways to represent clients in these often very difficult cases. The seminar also featured a discussion between the audience and panel members regarding the impact the newer decisions may have on labor law cases.

Attorney Perecman also covered Labor Law 200, 240, and 241, along with discussing the factors that go into building a case. He explained the importance of discovery and summary judgment motions, as well as how to approach trial.
