- A maximum of two-thirds of your weekly wage, up to $500 a week. This applies to total disability and maximum partial disability. If you retain some capacity to work, benefits may be reduced.
- Reimbursement for medical care directly related to work injuries or illnesses, as well as ongoing care.
- Death benefits for spouses and minor children of workers who have died as the result of workplace injuries or illnesses. These benefits will also pay funeral expenses up to $6,000.
