New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA) and New York City trial lawyers recently chose a New York construction accident lawyer, David Perecman, to head a committee overseeing construction accidents and, for the second consecutive year, to lecture on critical construction accident legal issues.
For the past 25 years, David Perecman has championed all types of personal injury cases, often concentrating his practice on complex construction accident legal issues. Mr. Perecman, a New York construction accident lawyer, has recovered millions of dollars for his clients over the course of his career, with $25 million in verdicts and settlements in the last year alone. Among his more recent victories, Mr. Perecman won a $15 million verdict for an injured construction worker. Mr. Perecman's depth of expertise and breadth of knowledge are widely acknowledged by his colleagues and adversaries among New York City trial lawyers, while his record and reputation speak for themselves.
An experienced trial attorney, Mr. Perecman has been appointed treasurer of NYSTLA and currently serves on NYSTLA's executive committee and the board of directors. He is a member of the U.S. Supreme Court, New York State and the U.S. District courts of the Southern and Eastern districts of New York. Mr. Perecman's credentials also include the role of a commentator on Court TV, and he is listed in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the National Register's Who's Who in Executives and Professionals.
As a veteran New York construction accident lawyer, Mr. Perecman was chosen for the second year in a row by NYSTLA to both chair the lecture and to speak on a wide variety of complex construction accident legal issues to New York City's trial lawyers. Both New York State and New York City trial lawyers will be the beneficiaries of Mr. Perecman's 25 years of experience and knowledge.
